Feeling exhausted and restless at the same time? The sheer volume of energetic waves to navigate has us tired but wired. This massive energetic push and pull reminds us that there are forces far greater than ourselves at work; all we can do is show up and play the cards we’re dealt to the best of our ability.
Fortunately, as August begins, we are afforded the perfect time to do just that! Messenger Mercury will be retrograde for another ten days until it turns forward motion.
Cosmically, we can play hooky for the next ten days until Monday, August 11th. Rest, restore and renew now. Valuable Venus and Generous Jupiter align with the Moon on August 1st inviting us to flow, allow and swim with the current. Choose what is most soothing, what feels relaxing. To push forward on projects and pursuits yield little traction the first part of the month. The more you push, the more pushback you will get.
On Thursday, August 7th, Motivating Mars enters lovely Libra. Not especially comfortable in graceful Libra, Mars is softened by its flowing alignment to Pluto and Uranus in Gemini. Our thoughts, words, and technology are extremely potent now through mid-August. Ideas swirl, connections, groups and teamwork are effortless, and messages are well-received.
This is really a time to be careful of what you wish for! Aim to effectively control the power of your thoughts, focus on what you do want (not what you do not want). Visualize, write, then speak your desire. We are all learning the power of intention.
Under the glaring spotlight of the Full Moon on Saturday, August 9th Messenger Mercury turns direct motion the very next day. Everything is exposed now, the dirt and the hidden blessings. This is an incredibly auspicious and powerful Full Moon.
This innovative Full Moon knows no bounds. It invents what never existed before. Those seeking attention will get it. Expect the unexpected during the second weekend of August. If you thought 2025 was too much, too fast, this Full Moon says, hold my beer.
We have passed the tipping point of no return. There is no going backward. Resistance is futile, as is trying to hold on to what was or re-creating the way life used to be.
Messenger Mercury aligns smoothly to Neptune and Saturn in Aries. Feeling fierce and fearless? Leap and the net will appear. Time to tackle your dream; there is little but our own internal blocks and resistance to stop us now.
Jupiter and Venus traveling in maternal Cancer the Crab have our backs August 11-17th, acting as guardian angels. Silver linings appear. Your intuition is accurate. You know. You don’t know why you know; you just do. And you are correct. With Mercury moving forward, sign the key documents, launch your projects, book your travel plans, purchase the large ticket items you’ve had your eye on.
The New Moon on August 23rd in practical Virgo asks us to get real, make plans and be prepared for what is to come. Our ideas are terrific but if they lack basic common sense, how will you see the results of your hard work?
Remember to hand write three to five intentions or goals you seek to manifest over the coming month or season. Plant in the soft earth to be harvested at a future time.
