Friends of the Otis Library

The Friends of the Otis Library held our second spring “Book Sale and More” this year on May 3rd at the Otis Ridge Ski Area Lodge, where we successfully raised over $1,100. Patrons shopped for books, puzzles, DVDs, games and more, took a chance on the 50/50 raffle and enjoyed light snacks while also greeting friends, old and new!

We would like to send a huge Thank You to the Otis Ridge Ski Area/Garden Center, namely Eric, Samantha and Jamie, for allowing us once again to use the Lodge to hold this event, and the donation from the snack bar sales! It is so very much appreciated and we are ever grateful!

Also many thanks to ALL who donated items, volunteered time, energy, vehicles and resources to sort, box and transport, set up and take down, and assist the day of the sale, and of course everyone who came to shop and support the library! We appreciate every one of you more than you know!

We look forward to seeing you all at the annual Otis Library Country and Craft Fair on Saturday, July 5 from 10 a.m.- 3 p.m. on the Otis Town Hall green!
