During the month of January, year-round households will be receiving their Annual 2026 Street List Form (a.k.a. census), Town Calendar, and Dog Licensing Form.
Annual Street List (census): Please verify the information is correct and make any necessary changes to the form. Add members of the household who are not listed. Make sure you sign and date the form. Forms should be returned within 10 days of receipt. You cannot register to vote or change your political party via the Annual Street Form.

Dog licenses are due March 1. You can purchase your dog licenses online at townofotisma.com, in person, or by mail. Dog licenses cost $10 spayed/neutered or $15 intact. If you are over 70, dog licenses are free (excludes kennel licenses). Please provide a copy of the rabies certificate.

Important Dates: A full list of election dates and deadlines can be found on the Town Clerk’s page on the town website.
Local election papers are available after January 15th and due back by April 7th.
Town Caucus is April 14th
Annual Town Meeting is May 19th
Annual Town Election is May 26th
State Primary is September 1st
State Election is November 3rd
You can check your voter registration online or change your party enrollment at registertovotema.com or stop by the office.
