Library Building Committee Joint Meeting Scheduled

TSKP and Downes, the design team, have requested a joint meeting with the Library Building Committee and the Library Board of Trustees next Wednesday, 11/5, 6 pm at the library. The purpose of this meeting is to choose from the two building options they have created. Some changes have been made since the last meeting.

At this meeting it is imperative that the Building Committee vote for one of the building options. This will enable TSKP and Downes to move forward with the building and design phase in compliance with the Mass Board of Library Commissioners deadlines. The Board of Trustees will be present to give input on this decision.

The Timeline:

November 13th - completed report and graphics (in time for the Board of Trustees Meeting)

December 11th - submit report to the Library Building Committee

December 30th - submit report to the MBLC
