By Otis Fire & Rescue
August 2026

There's no better way to enjoy a summer evening than with good food, great music, and good company—and all while supporting the volunteers who help keep our community safe!

The Otis Fire & Rescue Annual Steak Roast will be held on Friday, August 22, from 5 to 10 pm at Center Station, 15 South Main Road in Otis.

For $30, guests will enjoy a hearty steak dinner complete with a baked potato, corn on the cob, salad, dessert, a beverage, and all the fixings. Tickets may be purchased with cash at the fire station, from any Otis Volunteer First Responder, or via Venmo (@Otisfire).

The popular band, Full Burn, will provide live music throughout the evening, with dancing inside the fire station. Whether you're catching up with neighbors, meeting members of Otis Fire & Rescue, or simply enjoying a fun night out, the steak roast is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the community while supporting the department's dedicated volunteer first responders.

Event merchandise, including hats and T-shirts ($22) and vehicle stickers ($2), will be available for purchase. Complimentary stickers will be available for children, and donations are always welcome and appreciated.

Bring your appetite, your dancing shoes, and your community spirit for an evening that's sure to be a summer favorite!
