The Otis Cultural Council invites artists, artisans, educators, lecturers, and performers from Massachusetts to apply for state and town funding for cultural programs to benefit Otis residents in 2027. Our mission is to provide access, education, and diversity in the arts, humanities and interpretive sciences for Otis residents of all ages, and to promote community and community-building.

The application period is September 1 through October 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Applicants will find information on the Mass Cultural Council website massculturalcouncil.org/communities/local-cultural-council-program/

The State Cultural Council is offering an online info session about the application process on September 10 at 6 p.m. One must register; the link is provided above.

Also, please note that the Mass Cultural Council web page lists other grant opportunities for cultural providers and institutions. Those funds are available directly from the state and application information is listed there.
