Snow Fell, Otis Gathered

The storm on January 25th into 26th brought out the best in the people of Otis. An anonymous donor came up with an idea, and Brooke Tame and the Knox Trail Inn jumped on it. In asking the community for donations, over $2000 was raised specifically for feeding the people who plow, first responders, tree workers and electric company employees. The response was overwhelming. Those who must leave their families and spend countless sleepless hours cleaning up the aftermath of the storm are guaranteed good hot food and a warm place to take a break. Kudos to Brooke and her staff and all who donated money to this effort. Our community is just unbelievable!
