Otis Village Center Plan

The Revitalization Committee was appointed by the Select Board in January 2025. Its mission is to develop a comprehensive revitalization strategy focused on economic vitality, aesthetic appeal, and quality of life. With funds granted through MassDevelopment, RKG Associates was hired to create a Village Plan. We recognize the enormity of this development plan and the years to accomplish these goals, but it takes vision, funding, and a village to revitalize, and we genuinely look forward to collaborating with our devoted municipal employees and elected and appointed officials to bring Otis back to the place it once was.

The Village Center Revitalization Plan can be found on the Town of Otis website: www.townofotisma.com > Boards & Commissions > Revitalization Committee.

We encourage the residents of Otis to review the Otis Village Center Plan Cover Letter, Village Center Revitalization Report, and Otis Revitalization Strategic Plan June 2026. Our committee has worked hard to bring us to this point, and will continue to strive to revitalize our town—the reason why so many of us choose to live here!
